Set in a lush tropical garden on the bank of the Chao Phraya River that snakes through Bangkok, Thiptara is one of the restaurants at The Peninsula, Bangkok. Miang Goong Foo was a marvellous introduction to the beauty of Thai cuisine. Betel leaves were wrapped around crispy prawn meat and cashews, with roasted coconut, peanut, and pineapple sauce.  To learn more: Check Here
